Mouse Modifiers/MIDI note/ left click/Default action: Select note and move edit cursor ignoring snap.

For me "move edit cursor ignoring snap" does what it sais: it puts the edit cursor exactly where I click. But Breeder would like to snap to note edges. It should probably be a modifier for note edge click, but that context doesn't exist. It seems to have been working in some v4 alpha's, but then swept overboard again with some related change.
