SRS light reset, help please

Hi, could anyone tell me if its posible to reset the SRS light on my 96 850 T5 (I hit a pothole and it came on), I dont have the fault code read-out unit in the engine compartment just a multi-plug in front of the gear stick inside the car. Thanks

Odd that a pothole should turn it on. Disconnect the battery for 10 mins. Then see if that makes a difference

It was a mother off a pothole, I also think its strange that the pothole would bring it on but stranger things have happened. I have tried disconnecting the battery with no luck. Thanks for info all the same.
