hello, In the process of trying to sort out a vibration in the old girl after fitting twin su's.However carefully I balance the carbs tis still there, so.. Question is: my jets have different sized nuts to adjust the mixture..one is 15mm approx and t'other 17mm. One has an orange band, other yellow. Does this mean that the actual jet sizes are different? (ie one.90, one .100 or whatever they are.) One carb does seem newer than the other. Needles are the same. If they are different that could well explain things. Thanks for any tips. Best, Dave

I suggest you take a look at the Burlen website. If you punch in the AUD/AUC numbers for the carbs and jets you'd be able to work out the compatability. I assume they are HS6's and I would also assume that both jets would need to be the same. Brian

Arnt the jets mostly the same diameter hole. I thought the main difference was the needle size. Take the needles out and look at the letters stamped on the side of the needles.

Thanks all, I have had needles out etc, needles are the same..Can't get any info from Burlen as carbs have no numbers ..Jets come in .90 and .100 whatever.which is why I thought they might be different.Just was confused by wildly different mixture nut. Thanks all for advice..will get there eventually.. Best, Dave White
