DVD Rip errors

I used to rip kinda slow (about 2.5x to 3x) i installed force aspi and i rip a lot faster, BUT now i can see small errors in the video stream an a lot of errors in the audio stream. could this just be my drive (2 years many rips) going bad or am i right to blame it on the the new aspi. if it is the aspi, is it easy to uninstall? ne help would be greatly appreciated. What OS are you using and what program to rip? ForceASPI comes with its own uninstall program. probably something like 'RemASPI.bat'
