RME and 001 question

Ok so I have a 001 in my G4 tower. I'm thinking of buying a HDSP PCI card and one of RME's interfaces for use with logic pro on my G4 tower. so my question is can I have both the 001 pci card and the RME pci card in the same tower?

I use a PC version of Protools LE with an 001, so I am not sure if this will help, but I use an RME muliface with the 001, both in and out of protools. I use the multiface as my main inputs and outputs, routed to the 001 via litepipe. It works without any problem.
