Toggle Zoom to Selected Items/Selected Area

this is very cool, except for some reason for me, the toggle zoom control only zoom horizontally where my time selection is. the other zoom to item selection of SWS extensions work fine as you'd expect ignoring time selection. but not the toggle one for some annoying reason. maybe it's some setting i have activated or something? idk.

If you don't have a time selection active it should zoom to items, quite handy when you get use to it :) I have made it so escape removes just my time selection and not my loop points so makes it easy to get rid of time selection to zoom in, I love have the custom action to not only zoom to items but also just show those tracks on my mixer and hardware controller with the added bonus that pressing it again puts it back how it was :)

I prefer to View:Zoom in Vertical and View:Zoom out Vertical while setting my Editing Behavior vertical zoom center to Last Selected Track. Allows you to control the zoom level. Regards, DB

I've renamed the existing "toggle zoom to selected items" to: SWS: Toggle zoom to sel items(s) + time sel SWS: Toggle zoom to sel items(s) + time sel, minimize other tracks SWS: Toggle zoom to sel items(s) + time sel, hide other tracks Existing keybindings/macros will be unaffected. And, I've added three new commands that ignore the time selection: (they have the same names as the "old" versions) SWS: Toggle zoom to sel items(s) SWS: Toggle zoom to sel items(s), minimize other tracks SWS: Toggle zoom to sel items(s), hide other tracks

sounds great tim! ;) did you have any luck with getting access to the new clickable folder icons to hide child tracks to allow you to create a sws command that can toggle the function. :)
