How set default track height?

How does one define the default panel size for different panels in Reaper? Currently I'm trying to set a default height size for regular tracks, envelope panels etc. Been trying for so many hours now. rtconfig, numbers, parameters, inheritance, background images, Walter (and his junkie European brother Gibraltar), *.theme file, tcp_minheight/maxheight, 'set tcp.size', 'set envcp.size', searching forum etc etc. Can't get it to respond. Must be possible to do somehow. Load a new project from default file and all tracks you create gets the same height. Same thing with its envelope sublanes, child tracks and so on. Do you know how to set a default height? thx in advance /C
