Been using Reaper on my PC for years now. Just got a Macbook Pro (mandated use for a programming bootcamp I just enrolled in) and installed Reaper just fine. The whole Mac eco system is new to me. No "My Computer" icon? I'm not good at navigating the file system yet. My issue now is the plugins. I realize that Mac VST's are different than their PC counterparts. What folder do you put the .vst files in? For the PC that was C:\Program Files (x86)\vstplugins (32-bit of course). Thanks for the help.

For the record, I was able to figure out how to get the HD icon on the desktop just like a PC's "My Computer" so that's good.

/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST to make them available to all users or ~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST to make them available only from your account (~ is your home directory (i.e., "/Volumes/Users/your_user_name"), and you probably won't see ~/Library without holding [option] and selecting it from the Finder's Go menu)
