Keeps asking for key at every launch

I just purchased the Pro version and had to locate, download and register two missing .OCX files. Then I was able to open the program, it asked for my registered email, which I entered. Then I accessed the program, and it looks like this. Desktop monitor is 2560x1600 and I have the font size set to large. With other skins I do not have the issue, so I assume the ability for the program to work wont be affected because of this? The really annoying part is it asks for my email everytime I re-open the program. Is this intended? From the help file, I don't think it is. Can anyone help? Thank you! :)

I am running an i7 920 OC'd at 4GHZ with HT enabled, which gives me 8 usable "cores". DVD-RB Pro correctly identified this in the options, but even with 8 instances of HC encoder running, my CPU usage barely goes above 4%. Is this related to my registration issues you think? I appreciate your help and support!
