How to level the steering wheel?

Hi, If the steering wheel has never been removed and is still in its factory position. The problem is with the tracking. It hasn't been done correctly. Tracking not only sets the front wheel toe-in or toe-out but should be adjusted when the steering wheel is in the straight ahead position. Go back an complain! Bob

It's due to lazy mechanics who can't be bothered to do each side.They just do it from one side,therefor pulling the steering wheel one way or the other. piggy

what they should have done is to set the stearing wheel straight and locked it with a device they put on the wheel,then they should check wheel alinment and adjust as nessasary.go back to them you should have a reciept with the milage and the date they should just redoit for you.
