My first of many (hahaha) questions is, how do I get the actual wav to show up on each individual track? When I open Superior it builds the 16 track template which I can control each individual drum with but it does NOT send a wav to its specific track in the window above the mixer in Reaper??? The kick, snare, HH, toms, etc, are all on one track???

I don't have Superior Drummer but it sounds like you'll need to route each drum to a different output within SD2 itself. When you generated the 16 output tracks, Reaper will have changed your SD track to have 32 channels and routed each pair of the track's channels to one of the generated tracks. But all your drums in SD are going to its first output, which is connected to the track's channels 1/2, which is routed to the first generated track. Here is an example using LiveSlice: Bigger pic: -- it has 8 stereo outputs, so Reaper has generated 8 tracks for me -- if I click on the [2 in 16 out] button I can see the Pin Connector, with the 16 LiveSlice outputs across the top and the 16 track channels down the right-hand side, the filled-in squares indicate the connections -- in LiveSlice, I activated the [Outputs] display - have a look in the Slicer section - there are 8 (stereo) outputs there, represented by the blue-edged squares, I can route each slice of my loop to a different output by clicking one of the blue-edged squares (you should be able to see that I have just cascaded them, for this example) -- now when I play those slices each one goes to its assigned output. To summarise, the routing is: + SD Drum to SD output (done within SD) + SD output to track channel pair (done by generating the output tracks) + Reaper track channel pair to Reaper generated track (done by generating the output tracks) I hope that that makes some sense. PS SD may have its own internal Mixer (as does Kontakt), in which case there is another stage of routing + SD Drum to SD mixer channel (done within SD) + SD mixer channel Drum to SD output (done within SD or fixed?) + SD output to track channel pair (done by generating the output tracks) + Reaper track channel pair to Reaper generated track (done by generating the output tracks)

No problem, we were all beginners once - it's probably best for some-one with Superior Drummer to join in.

I've got Superior 2.0. What you need to do is this: See in my screenshot where it says out 1/2? Change that to the outputs you want. You'll have to do that for each track inside of Superior 2.0

Thanks Guys!!! And RRokkenAudio, your tutorial help out a lot, and your site has been bookmarked as I've been watching all your other tutorials...Big Thanks! And yes as a nood I try to refrain from asking the millions of questions I randomly have so if you wouldn't mind the occasional request of a tutorial of something I would be in great debt to you.
