First of all I need to see basic layout. I need to know what web site would contain then I could answer your question. I use PhotoShop but mainly I prefer Corel Photo-Paint X3. Yes I know I weird :)

yeah like I said in IRC if you need some quick help with this that or the other thing I can help out, but I really don't like doing extended html/css/php sessions :P
