Hey Adam, what firewire card are you using? Also, check through the for a bunch of setup "tweaks" and suggestions, especially the one at the end about posting systems specs. It will help us help you.
This is my firewire card: ADS PYRO PCI 64 Part Number: API-311 Bus type: 64-bit PCI I went through the entire troubleshooting. I also put in BOTH firewire cards and that prooved me wrong... I eventually got the good firewire card to boost up to IRQ 18, since the other one was in there, so I guess the video card's IRQ doesnt'e make a diff. Same problem still.
