It sounds sweet, quite gentle and transparent. I don't have issues with the GUI not showing, but I've gotten it to crash Reaper by removing the plugin from the buss, by moving the plugin up or down in the FX chain, and also by trying to rename the plugin. No errors or warnings, just poof and Reaper's gone. I haven't seen this behavior with any other plugin. Nice compressor (I think), but not for my system.

Sounds really nice. No problems with GUI here. I noticed in the Performance Meter that during playback the plug-in uses 3% CPU but once playback is stopped and it's idle this jumps up to 20-30%. Not seen that behavior before in a plug-in.
I use the original Density on bass quite frequently, I'm definitely looking forward to checking out the latest version! Thanks Bootsy, where ever you are! :D
Anyone else noticed unexpected problems since started using Density mkII (applies to Tessla Pro as well)? At first everything seemed to be ok, but soon I started to notice strange stability problems with Reaper (any version). They happen randomly, but quite frequently: - Reaper disappears without warning on project loading/on playback - Reaper crashes - Reaper GUI get corrupted (the transport bar locator numbers turn to some insane values) All my projects that are suffering these problems are including Density mkII or Tessla Pro. Once I removed these plugins, I haven't been able to reproduce these problems so far. The strange thing is that Density mkII or Tessla Pro can cause even a cumulative crash. If I have opened a project with these plugins, and then loading a new project that does not have them, Reaper may still poof to dekstop. This is insane.. :( Anyone else noticed anything similar? cheers
All bootsy plugins will occasionally GUI glitch for me - GUI doesn't display. Restart of reaper will fix it. Sometimes the controls freeze on the NastyCS also, but haven't seen this in others.
I've helped him test loading times, so I know he's aware of some of the problems and working to fix them. How quickly we see the fixes is another matter.
