Framerate problem

I did a 2 part capture: First was using the WinFast "record" button, which did the cap of the program at 29.971 FPS. Circumstances caused me to stop the recording and do a "timed" recording. This one was at 29.968 FPS. I need help in order to join these two parts. TIA.
