midi note guide lines? (inline editior especially)

It seems there is no option for midi notes to have their own guide lines - for lining up midi to audio or midi on other tracks they'd be very handy - especially in inline mode extending across the arrange view. is this an existing FR?

anyone else think midi note guidelines that act the same as item edge guidelines would be useful for lining stuff up? [nod in agreement!]

necro bump :) I'm currently aligning MIDI to audio in the inline editor and having guide lines for the MDI notes would come in very handy. (PS: I don't know why but there's a duplicate FR: )
