I would appreciate some help in order to be able to UNDOCK the MIDI EDITOR. I would like to put it back to "FLOATING" I was using it just fine when I decided to see how does the docking option work, it put it at the bottom of the screen and I can still work on it to a point(I lost access to the midi editor options on top of the window because it is kind of underneath the upper part of the window) and when I tried to returned to its floating state, nothing that I have tried so far has worked. I tried to remove the Ticket mark in the option to dock it, I tried the UNDO, Restart etc.. but nothing seems to work. Thank you very much vicarito

Right-click on the tab in the Docker and untick "Dock window" by clicking on it.

By default I think there's a button on the toolbar in the MIDI editor that toggles docking/undocking. If not, you will find it in Options->Dock Window. Also, if you right-click in the empty part of the MIDI transport area, you will see that option.

Do you have tabs shown at the bottom of the MIDI editor ? (I think this is only the case when more than one window is docked there). For me undocking works fine when I rightclick on the MIDI editor tab and untick the "Dock window" entry. edit: I was slow...
