As far I can see the headlamps used in the V70 for instance look identical to the std hologen and with headlamp wash and self level susp. every on ewill be ok. But my option is suck it and see, how many MOT testers wlll know or even bother. On my previous car (X Type) I retro fitted HID lights ( complete units )and ran them with manual levelling for 2 yrs with absolutely no flashing from others cars or intervention from VOSA or Plod. My HID replacements will still be on order

I think they were standard on the T5R and R and optional on all others. Bob

Hmmn. The lights on my bicycle put more light down on the ground than the dipped bulb beam in an 850.
