To import my license number....is it available online and how do I access it?

If you migrate your old user folder (how to find: ) or just 'reaper-reginfo.dat' from there to the new computer, that should take care of that. What do you mean by "available online"? It came with an email (as a key in the mail prior to v3 and an attached key file thereafter). If you lost it, you have to contact support@cockos with the original data you provided the first time.
