Clicks at start of Item Based Fx

Often I get clicks when rendering a mix with Item Based Fx. They occur at the start of the item with the Fx. Here's a screenshot of the rendered file. The click prior to the music is the start of the item with the Fx. Causes? thanks....BB

This is the chain which consistently pops... Tesla Pro (Bootsy) Nasty CS (Bootsy ReaFir NastyHF (Bootsy) Rescue (Bootsy) Often I'll also get pops with Ozone, ReaEQ, and Tesla Pro.
