Hi All I have a 1996 V40 CD which has now got a problem with gear selection. For the past 2-3months it has been hard to select 1st gear, the last few days it's now hard to get reverse. Any ideas?? Cheers

This will be the gear linkage problem common to these cars. Do a search and you will find stacks of info. Not an expensive repair.
