Midi Sustain at half-strength HELP

Hey all, I'm having a few problems with a MIDI sustain pedal. It seems to only be sending a value of 64 for Hold On, instead of 127. With some plug-ins this means I get a half-sustain rather than a genuine hold. My controller keyboard is an OB12 with a broken screen, meaning I can't get in and play around with the settings in there - though, from what I've found in the manual it only looks like you have control over polarity anyway. So, in conclusion, does anyone know a way of turning an incoming Sustain value of 64 into that of 127, within REAPER (i.e. without using external software like MIDIYoke)? Cheers,

would the included MIDI_CC_Mapper fix that?

Probably won't, as it only clamps the incoming CC values, it doesn't scale them! On the other hand, perhaps taking the pedal apart and adjusting the resistor value (by changing a resistor?) could help...

Hmm, I might have to pester a friend of mine to make me a nice JS plug for this specific purpose.

So, in essence, what we (I) need is a plugin that allows you to change a CC range into a simple on/off toggle (0/127). In addition, it'd be good to have a polarity reverse switch, for people using inverted sustain pedals. Thanks for the help btw guys :)
