Hi MrP I to have this problem with mine ,the fuse blows but washers are still operational If both wiper and washers are not working it may be the relay.But i am sure someone will have the right answers to help you soon on the forum. I think my problem is the motor has coroded and is unable to rotate. Regards Trev.

i managed to find a post detailing how to disconnect the offending wiper, but its definatly blowing the fuse rather than any relays. if you have a search there are a couple of posts saying how to disassamble the wiper, oil it and hopefully that should get it working, but i aint doing that in this weather!!
