Was there ever a forum-wide challenge ?

I've been here only 3 years, and I sometimes won't even look what's happening for months, thus the question. I'm just thinking, and I need your input on this, wouldn't it be fun if we did a mix-off using REAPER's plugin only? Just for fun, no prizes, no nothing, it's not a competition, we just pick what track we mix, there's plenty of stems on the internet, availlible for free, and we post the results...somewhere. Any thoughts?

Wouldnt stuff like this belong to the Lounge?

I once did a recording called, "The Way That You Play" and left whole sections open for people (Keyboardists, Guitarists, Vocalists, whatever....) to play and solo on their instrument of choice. It was very fun and a lot of people participated. It was a blast to hear all the musical personalities connected to the onlime personalities! It was quite some time ago and maybe it's time to do a new one.

You could make it a Swedien challenge; no compressors allowed.
