everythings working but no sound??

Hey, I got a new computer (windows 7) and decided to have a go at recordiong with reaper again after a bit of a break. However after installing ASIO drivers to and installing the program i found i can't get any sound out. Now my computer has an integrated realtek soundcard but in the last couple of days I've installed and recorded in both my old copies of Fruity Loops and Sonar with no problem so what gives? In reaper the asio drivers are selected with the right in's and outs, the v.u. meters are flashing away but i can't hear anything, even when I'm just trying to audition a loop. Any suggestions?
