Hi. I'm working in a sort of educational place for people with autism. My colleagues and I are working on a project that trains their social skills, by creating a band and recording their vocals and the instruments they play. In the end they will perform at a release party (set at 6th jan 2010) where we will be giving away CD's with 3 tracks on. The local press have shown interest, and we are being filmed in a kind of "making of" newscast, and the release party is held at the town hall with all sorts of people invited. Besides our usual wage (which we would have been given anyways) no profit will be made. We do such things form time to time and consider it our job :-) Now, I'm unsing REAPER (my favorite piece of software!) to track all this stuff, but I've only have a small buisiness/non-profit license. Are we covered or do I need to buy the "big" license or make some sort of special agreement with Cockos (institutional license/agreement)? I hope i'm not violating any rules here :-) Oh, if anyone wants to here what we've done so far I'll be happy to send some mp3's around (it's our own material, and the people are singing in danish, but I'll send a translated copy of the lyrics - after tuesday as my gear is in the small project-studio I've built). Please tell me what to do..
