OMS can\'t find Digi 001 driver

I have tried installing OMS several time, each time I have followed directions from the book to the letter. OMS is not showing the icon for the Digi 001 in the OMS setup box. Does anyone know what I could be doing wrong? The only things I get it a driver I/O, a patch, OMS musical int disabled. Is this correct?

Toecat. Is that 2.3.8? For some strange reason mine is showing 2.3.6 (reinstalled Vision after a crash) Open PTs. Under setups- open OMS studio setup. Under studio- add cards & interfaces. You should 'see' the 001 under digidesign. If not. Check your OMS folder in the system folder for the digi 001 driver. It should be there (2.3.8). I took mine out so Vision wouldn't crash with the 001 hardware.

Shaggy, Thanks, I did not have the drive in the OMS folder but I found it on the CD in the OMS systems folder. I installed in my OMS folder and now I can record. Now about hearing what I am recording that remains a different story but it is not in the book of Digi. Ok thanks again, and for me it is back to the manuals of the drum machine.
