No sound at all

Just trying out Reaper since my current software (Tracktion) is fading as a product. I set up the audio device as shown in the user's guide, using ASIO Tone Port DI-G. These drivers work fine in Tracktion, Audacity, WinAmp, etc. Load up the demo project "All Through the Night," hit play. The virtual meters all dance, the cursor moves, but no sound at all. I keep looking for the global mute button...and no, the master is not muted. :) I can render it to a WAV file and play it fine. Something dumb, I'm sure...anyone? --mark

what's shown in the top-right corner of the screen? that's where the outputs are displayed. you might need to go into the options and configure outputs differently.
