How extremely odd. I don't know for sure if this will help, but you might want to check the registry settings for DVDShrink. Run RegEdit, then look under the key (hope this is correct): HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/DVD Shrink/DVD Shrink #.# (where #.# is the version number). Look at the frame_ settings and see if they look correct (i.e. are any of them zero). Alternatively, you could just delete the entire registry node for DVDShrink. That should be safe, and should restore Shrink to all it's defaults. You might want to back up your registry before you make such a drastic change.
